Antwerp port grabs stake in ‘transparent’ port platform

NxtPort has only just began its first services but Antwerp port is looking to use the platform to innovate and make efficiency gains. Two partners, Port Authority 75%, FPIM 25%, takes the form of capital plus a subordinated loan, together totalling US $6.2 million (€5.21 million). Aggregating data is important for the development of smart logistics processes.
